FAQ
Important questions
Does a pacer guarantee my finish time?
No. The pacer supports an agreed strategy, but weather, health, congestion and race conditions can affect the result.
Does the pacer need a race entry?
Yes, unless the organiser explicitly provides another authorised arrangement. Unofficial bib sharing is not supported.
Who pays for the pacer's entry?
This is agreed before booking. The pacer may already have an entry, or the client may cover an official entry or transfer.
What happens if the pacer cancels?
During the pilot we will try to find a replacement. If none is available, the pacing-service payment follows the stated refund terms.
Is the pacer also a coach?
Not necessarily. Coaching and medical advice are outside the standard pacing service unless explicitly included by a qualified provider.
